Introduction
01 · OverviewThe CommerceNext name, logo, logo icon, monogram, and all related items belong to CommerceNext.
These guidelines exist so every touchpoint, whether it's a sponsor booth, a speaker's LinkedIn post, or a media partner newsletter, feels like we're in the same room. Our visual identity carries forward from our core mission. We welcome you to usher in the next era of CommerceNext together with our new positioning, pillars, and brand voice. When in doubt, please feel free to reach out.
Brand foundation
02 · StrategyOur why. What's next in commerce won't come from how many people are in the room. It'll come from what happens between the people who are. CommerceNext ushers in what's next by making every connection count.
Our how
We curate before we convene.
Every attendee, session and 1:1 meeting is chosen for a reason. No padding. No outsized headcount goals.
We build rooms, not crowds.
Conversations happen at a size and in a setting where people can actually hear each other and remember one another.
It doesn't end when the event does.
Connections made on purpose are built to last beyond the conference walls and carry on through the year.
The most intentionally connected community in retail, where the right people, ideas and conversations come together to accelerate business and career growth.
Tagline: Right People. Powerful Conversations. Real Growth.
How we got here
We believe in the power of collaboration in retail. We exist to inspire the success of our retail community.
Collaboration is still the point. Now we say exactly how: fewer, better, curated connections that keep paying off all year.
Five centers of gravity
03 · StrategyEvery campaign, session title and social post should ladder up to at least one of these five pillars. If it doesn't, it probably isn't us.
Curated Connection
Not 50,000 speed meetings, but the 10 that change how you see the industry. You leave with names in your phone you'll make plans with this month.
Every Conversation, On Purpose
Learn from the people doing the hard work. Leave with takeaways you'll use back at the office the very next week.
Business Feels Personal
Growth isn't a numbers game. You don't need a thousand new contacts. You need a few conversations that change how you work.
Inclusive Exclusivity
Exclusivity without the velvet rope. At CommerceNext, every voice is heard, including yours.
Retail's Heart, NYC
Retail's annual mid-year gathering point in the city where the industry lives. Trends, strategy and the people setting them.
Logo
04 · IdentityMain logotype
The shape of the CommerceNext logo symbolizes community, coming together, the power of collaboration and symbiosis. Its colors show the uniqueness and personality of each individual in our community. Four arrows, four directions, one center. It's the clearest picture of what we mean by curated connection.
Placement: use the height of the letter “C” as the minimum clear space on every side when the logo sits near other elements.
Logo on approved backgrounds
Each background shows the full logotype, the logo icon (avatars, favicons, patterns) and the C>N monogram (small spaces, social handles).
Do's and don'ts
Color
05 · IdentityBright Blue is our signature. Dark Blue does the heavy lifting for type. Light Blue, Yellow and Orange come straight from the logo, so every accent points back to it. Supportive colors are for backgrounds, tints and secondary elements, never the main accent.

Don't use supportive color shapes as the main accent on White.
Don't combine a supportive background with supportive shapes.
Shapes & patterns
06 · IdentityThe arrows from the logo icon can be zoomed in to add dimension and color. They keep their original orientation (0°, 90°, 180° or 270°, no in-between angles). When one arrow leads, the right-pointing arrow is preferred.
Typography
07 · IdentityAnuphan is our main typeface across print and web. Set it tight: −20 to −60 letter spacing depending on size, tighter as it gets bigger. For printed headlines and decorative text, we pair it with IvyMode at 0 letter spacing.
