Our 1:1 Hosted Meetings Program is designed to enhance your event experience by providing a proven effective and efficient way to learn about and connect with technology and solution providers through a series of pre-scheduled double opt-in meetings.
How does the 1:1 Hosted Meetings Program Work?
- It's simple. Indicate your interest in your ticket application – whether you're local to New York or joining us from out of town, we’ll propose the program that is the best fit for you!
- Selections for meeting requests kick off approximately 4 weeks before the show. Based on your participation level, you'll spend a max of 90 minutes taking part in double opt-in meetings, and you won’t miss any key sessions or networking activities.
- Our National/International Program reimburses up to $2,000 for taking 8 meetings with sponsors.
- Our Local Program reimburses up to $500 for taking 3 meetings with sponsors.

Our Local Program reimburses up to $500 in exclusive incentives of your choice in return for taking 3 (three) 15-minute double opt in meetings with participating sponsors.
