Seth Levine

Seth Levine is Director of AI Innovation at Contentsquare, where he leads work at the intersection of machine learning and customer experience, spanning intent modeling, sentiment analysis, conversational AI and quality intelligence. He was previously Lead Machine Learning Scientist at Loris, acquired by Contentsquare in 2025. Levine hosts the Learning from Machine Learning podcast and writes Mindful and Malleable Machines on Substack, where he explores AI, intelligence and systems thinking. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science with a concentration in Machine Learning and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Science, where he designed an individualized major centered on human behavior, evolution and intelligence.
