Kim Heidt is Chief Retail Officer at Tecovas, where she leads the brand’s national retail strategy across
real estate, store operations, visual experience, field leadership and customer service. Since joining in
2022, she has helped scale Tecovas to more than 60 stores nationwide and a retail organization of over
1,000 employees, advancing a differentiated store experience rooted in Radical Hospitality.
Kim brings more than 35 years of retail leadership experience across high-growth specialty retail and
global consumer brands. Prior to Tecovas, she spent 12 years at Deckers Brands, where she rose to Head
of Global Retail and played a key role in the growth of UGG and HOKA, including global fleet leadership
and owned-retail expansion. Earlier in her career, she held senior operations roles at Gymboree and
began her retail journey at REI.
In 2024, Kim was named to Modern Retail’s Vanguard list, recognizing her as one of the operators
shaping the future of physical retail.
