Jackie Diette is Senior Director of Ecommerce – Americas at MillerKnoll, where she leads digital commerce across Design Within Reach, Herman Miller and Knoll. With 15+ years of ecommerce leadership, she has driven growth at scale across luxury and design brands—building enterprise-grade operating models, high-performing teams, and data-driven digital experiences. Prior to MillerKnoll, Jackie held senior ecommerce roles at Kate Spade New York and Lela Rose. She holds an MBA from NYU Stern.
