teams, and industries through storytelling, customer experience and technology. He served as
Customer Experience Officer at Orvis and helped launch Build-A-Bear Workshop as Chief
Information and Interactive Officer. He operates as a Partner at BlackFinn, Operating Executive
at NewRoad Capital Partners and NRF Ambassador for the Marketing and Digital Councils. A
member of the Explorers Club, Dave spent a year interviewing scientists, monks, and tribal
leaders across the globe and hosts the Seekers and Disruptors podcast because he believes
