Kimberley Gardiner has served as SVP, Chief Marketing Officer of Tractor Supply Company since July 2022 and is a member of the Company’s Senior Leadership Team. She is responsible for shaping and executing the brand, customer and growth strategy across all channels. She leads a cross-functional marketing organization including brand management, creative, paid and organic media performance, CRM, go-to-market strategy, customer insights, data science and store and community marketing to grow customer acquisition, deepen customer loyalty and drive omnichannel sales.
Prior to Tractor Supply, Kimberley spent 20 years in the automotive industry in various CMO and Marketing leadership roles at Volkswagen of America, Mitsubishi Motor, Kia, Toyota and Lexus.
