Amiee Bayer-Thomas

Amiee Bayer-Thomas is Chief Retail Officer of Ulta Beauty, leading store and services operations, real estate growth and development, store design and visual merchandising and asset protection strategy. Since joining the company in 2016, she has held several leadership roles, including Chief Store Operations Officer and Chief Supply Chain Officer. With more than 30 years of retail and beauty experience, Amiee is known for driving strategy, developing leaders and fostering a people-first culture. She also serves on the board of YWCA Metropolitan Chicago.
