Pano founded XRC Ventures in 2015 and serves as Managing Partner. He previously held leadership roles across media, retail, consumer goods and industrial companies. A serial entrepreneur, he founded four startups, including Gather Education and Hangout Industries, an early pioneer bringing branded gaming to Facebook in 2007. He began his career in supply chain and coined the term “global logistics systems.” He holds degrees from the University of Delaware and Columbia University.
